Good food and nice size portions

Terrible experience. The salt and pepper squid was so very overcooked, it was hard as a rock. The prawns were over-battered and they substituted a dish we wanted with a different one, and didn’t let us know.

When I called them about these issues, they made up an excuse, then changed their story, and finally offered to replace one of the dishes, but refused to replace the other ones; even though they admitted they had deliberately given us the wrong dish.

Very disappointed.

We really enjoy the food here. This is our go to for Chinese Food.

Sometimes the noodles are a little bland. I wish their lemon chicken was filets rather than chunks. Overall best in Brooks for value, taste and customer service.
P.S. The price is reasonable. Some reviewers are obviously out of touch with restaurant pricing these days.
